These Terms and Conditions are a contract between you and Beljwar. (“Beljwar” or “we”) and oversee our website/ app visit and utilize of any Beljwar site, portable application such as for iPhone or Android or substance (the “Platform”) or any bookings, administrations and/or items made accessible through Beljwar (collectively, “Services”).
It would be fine if you studied these Terms carefully before getting to and/or utilizing the Stage and/or uses. By accessing this website we assume that you accept and agree to these conditions. Please don’t continue to use BELJWAR COMPANY COMMERCIAL BROKERS L.L.C if you don’t accept all the terms and conditions mentioned on this page.
The following terminologies apply to terms and conditions, privacy and policy and legal agreements. "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company “Beljwar”

Do not use the Platform or any Services if you do not agree to these Terms.
Modification of the Terms. Beljwar has the right to change the Terms at any moment. Unless we designate a later effective date, all revisions will take effect when the amended Terms are posted. You agree to be governed by the Terms, as revised, if you continue to access or use the Platform or Services after such posting.
Additional Conditions. Additional terms, conditions, guidelines, or rules may apply to certain plans, offers, goods, services, elements, or features in addition to these Terms, which may be posted, communicated, or amended by us or applicable third parties at any time. Your use of any such plan, offer, product, service, element, or feature is subject to those additional terms and conditions, which are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms, with the exception that in the event of a conflict between such additional terms and the Terms, the Terms will take precedence. By this reference, the Beljwar Privacy Policy is integrated.
Unless otherwise stated, Beljwar and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all the material that is published on Beljwar.
All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may check this from Beljwar for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in the terms and conditions that mentioned in this page.

You hereby grant Beljwar a non-exclusive license to utilize, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, produce, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any form, formats or media.

2) Beljwar Platform
Beljwar Platform: The Beljwar platform enables consumers to reserve, schedule, purchase, access and attend a wide range of benefits and services offered and operated by hotels, restaurants, cafés, business centers, venues or other third parties (collectively, “Venues”). Beljwar itself is not a co-working space, restaurant, café, hotel or business center or similar establishment and does not own, operate or control any of the services that are offered at or through such facilities.
Membership Options: Beljwar can be used in a variety of ways, including subscription plans, promotional plans, digital services, and non-subscription purchases. These alternatives include a variety of services and features, as well as additional and varying terms, fees, restrictions, and limitations. We reserve the right to change, terminate, or otherwise alter our available options and plans at any time. Non-subscribers may be able to access some Services, content, or features for a fee or for free from time to time. Beljwar offers no guarantees about the number, availability, type, or regularity with which non-subscribers will be able to access such Services, material, or features.
Subscription Plans: You must sign up for a package to get full access to the Platform and Services. A package begins when you sign up for it and pay with a valid Payment Method (described below) or reactivate a previously purchased package or subscription. Each package validity and billing cycle is one month in duration (a "Subscription Cycle") unless we communicate a different time period to you at the time of sign up or elsewhere (such as a multi-month commitment plan). If you choose auto-renewal, your Beljwar subscription will automatically renew each month, and we will bill your Payment Method for the monthly subscription amount until your subscription expires.
Use of Credits: Each Subscription Cycle, you will be allocated credits based on the subscription plan you choose and purchase. These credits will be used solely to use Services. You have the option of using your credits in any of the Services offered to you.
Credits expire at the end of each Subscription Cycle, therefore any credits you don't use during that cycle will not be carried over to subsequent months unless we clearly specify differently.
In your account history or by contacting us, you may see how many days are left in each Subscription Cycle. All unused credits, including current subscription credits and any rollover credits, will expire immediately if your package expires or if your subscription is cancelled or terminated.
Any funds that are not used will not be reimbursed or compensated. To utilise any credits, you must have a current, paid subscription. When your cycle renews for the next month, you'll automatically receive your new credit amount. If you have any questions about how to utilise your credits, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash outside of the Beljwar platform. To be clear, the credits do not function or serve as stored value facilities in any form. Beljwar credits cannot be transferred, traded, gifted, or otherwise exchanged.
We are not responsible for the wrong information that is provided by the provider/ supplier. Also, we aren't responsible for any damages that are caused by the user in the place he/ she rents. The user is the one who will be responsible for any damages he causes.
The user should respect all the rules of the place he rents. We just connect you with the place with which you search for, in exchange we take a percentage of the total amount of the booking from the provider, not from the user.
Beljwar makes no guarantees about the availability of specific Venues, locations, services, experiences, content, inventory, spaces, or other features, and availability can change at any time (including during the course of any given Subscription Cycle). Beljwar determines the type, number, credits, allocation, and availability of Venues, Service, and other merchandise offered at its own discretion.
Your profile information may be visible to other Beljwar users on our Platform. If you don't want other Beljwar users to see your profile image or username, don't add any identifying information in your profile or modify your settings. Beljwar does not guarantee that the heart rate monitor used in conjunction with the digital Services is accurate.
Purchases that are not part of a subscription. Beljwar may allow you to purchase items or services (such as hiring a meeting space or office) through the Platform, either in addition to or instead of a membership. You understand and agree that these Terms apply to any such purchase you make, and you agree to pay the associated fees, which are subject to change at any moment.
Co-Memberships. Beljwar may, from time to time, allow you to join up for a co-subscription that includes both a Beljwar membership and a membership to a third-party Venue, such as a gym ("Venue Membership"). If you join up for a co-membership, you will be bound by these Terms as well as any extra co-membership or Venue Membership terms. Beljwar does not own, run, or control the Venue Membership, and Beljwar is not liable for the Venue Membership, which is offered completely by the applicable Venue.
You agree to submit true, accurate, current, and complete information to Beljwar during sign-up and at all other times, and to maintain this information accurate and up-to-date at all times. You will be required to create a password when you sign up. All activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by unauthorised users, is totally your responsibility. You must have Internet access to utilise the Platform, and you may be required to download a Beljwar mobile application in order to use any or all of Beljwar's features. You are solely responsible for providing your own access to the Platform and Services (e.g., computer, mobile device, Internet connection, etc.)
Eligibility: We have the right to limit the availability of all or part of our Platform and/or Services based on geographic, age, or other criteria that we may impose from time to time. You understand and agree that, based on these criteria, we may refuse to enable you to subscribe to Beljwar or terminate your subscription at any time. For example, to utilise the Platform and/or Services and/or purchase a Beljwar package, you must be at least 18 years old.
Note: YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF THE UAE, AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD, AND HAVE NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED OR REMOVED BY USING THE PLATFORM. THOSE WHO CHOOSE TO USE THE PLATFORM DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL LOCAL RULES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, RULES RELATING TO THE INTERNET, DATA, EMAIL OR OTHER ELECTRONIC MESSAGES, OR PRIVACY.
Communications: By entering your information or creating an account, you agree that Beljwar may contact you for marketing purposes via email, direct mail, phone, or text messages at any of the addresses or phone numbers supplied by you or on your behalf in connection with a Beljwar account. You can unsubscribe from marketing communications using the given unsubscribe link, or you can contact us at any time.
Subscribing Organizations: If Beljwar has given you specific permission to open or use an account on behalf of a company, entity, or organization (a "Subscribing Organization"), you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Subscribing Organization.

3) Fees, Billing, Cancellation:
Recurring Billing: Billing on a recurring basis. By starting a Beljwar membership, you permit us to charge you for your first subscription period as well as a recurring monthly subscription cost at the then-current rate, which may change from time to time, if you have opted-in for auto-renewal of your package. You realise that the amount billed each month may change owing to factors such as special offers and/or changing or adding a plan, and you permit us to charge your Payment Method for such varied amounts, which may be invoiced monthly in one or more charges. You also give us permission to charge you any additional fees you may incur as a result of your usage of the Platform, such as any relevant sign-up charge, taxes, and cancellation or late fees, as described further below. You will be responsible for subscription fees until you cancel your membership or it is otherwise cancelled, even if you do not utilise the subscription or use the Platform and/or Services.
Subscription Cycle: Your first Subscription Cycle will be invoiced immediately when you sign up and purchase your Beljwar subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless we clearly communicate otherwise, and you will be invoiced on the same date each month. We reserve the right to vary our billing schedule (and, if we do, we'll make necessary modifications to the amounts we charge). We may bill your Payment Method on a day in the applicable month or any other day we deem appropriate if your paid membership starts on a day not included in that month. If you joined Beljwar or became a paying member on January 31st, your next payment date is likely to be February 28th, and your Payment Method will be debited on that date. Due to changes in your subscription, your renewal date may change.
Refunds: Unless we clearly communicate differently at the time of purchase, our fees (including the monthly charge for your membership and any additional fees) are generally non-refundable. However, we will only provide a refund to subscribers for their current prepaid subscription period if your subscription is cancelled prior to the end of a period for which you have incurred a charge, due to your relocation, disability, or death; provided, however, that we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of any services or products you may have used or received prior to the cancellation; provided, however, that we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover the cost of any services or products you may have used
Freezing Membership: We do not permit the 'freezing' of membership packages or the transfer of unused credits to a future time.
Price Changes: We have the right to make changes to our prices at any moment. Any price changes to your subscription will take effect on your next billing cycle, unless we expressly communicate otherwise, and will be communicated through a posting on the Beljwar website or mobile application, or through such other means as we may deem appropriate from time to time, such as email. You will be believed to have accepted these additional fees if you do not cancel your subscription.
Payment Methods: You can change your Payment Method information in your account settings by login into our website or mobile app. If a payment is not successfully settled due to expiration, insufficient funds, or other reasons, you are still responsible for any uncollected amounts and authorise us to continue billing the Payment Method or any other payment method you have provided, as it may be updated, including if you try to create a new account, reactivate an unsettled account, or sign up for a new account. It's possible that your payment billing dates will alter as a result of this. We have the right, but not the obligation, to discontinue your access if we are unable to charge your account. We have the right, but not the obligation, to discontinue your access to all or part of our Platform.
Subscription Cancellation: Unless we communicate differently, you may cancel your subscription at any time before it renews by logging into your account settings on the Beljwar website and requesting cancellation. Unless we communicate otherwise, you will retain access to your subscription until the end of your current prepaid Subscription Cycle, unless you cancel and receive a refund, in which case your access will be promptly cancelled. Please keep in mind that if you do decide to cancel your subscription, you will lose access to all of your previous content. If you want to return to Beljwar in the future months, we have the right to charge a reactivation fee or restrict your access in the future months. You will lose access to any Services, material, credits, and features offered through the subscription if you cancel it or it is cancelled for any reason.
Fees Charged by Venues: In addition to the fees we collect, Venues may levy fees for purchases that you will be solely accountable for. Venues, for example, may charge you for food and beverages purchased at the venue or meeting rooms reserved. Furthermore, Beljwar only grants you access to the Venues that are currently available on the Platform (and at the specified time and location).
Third Party Fees for Using Beljwar: You are also responsible for all third-party charges and fees incurred in connection with and use of the Platform and/or Services, including internet service provider fees, telephone, printing, and computer equipment fees, sales tax, and any other fees required to access the Platform and/or Services.

4) Promotions:
Trial memberships: From time to time, we may provide a trial membership that includes access to the Beljwar platform. When you sign up for a trial, you'll be told how long it will last and how much it will cost. A trial begins when you sign up (even if you want to delay your first visit to a Venue until a later date) and ends at 11:59pm UAE time on the last day of the trial, unless otherwise stated (for a one-week trial, this would be the same weekday of following week).
Unless cancelled at 12pm UAE time on the day before the trial's last day, each trial membership will automatically convert to a regular monthly subscription and pricing. Trials, discount offers, and promotions (collectively "Trials") may be redeemed according to the promotion's terms and conditions, which may include additional or different terms. Trials are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are void where banned unless otherwise stated. Unless we specifically communicate otherwise, you understand and accept that
Trials are only available to new users who have never had a Beljwar account before, and there is a limit of one Trial per credit card or payment method. Signing up for a Trial if you have previously signed up for an account or trial, or having more than one account or trial at the same time, is a violation of these Terms. Beljwar maintains the right to determine your eligibility for a Trial at its sole discretion. We retain the right to restrict you from signing up for a Trial or to terminate your promotional membership if we believe you are not qualified for one. You accept that if your Trials are terminated because you have violated these Terms, we will not refund your money.
Refer a Friend: We may offer incentives or bonuses to Beljwar users who suggest a friend to use Beljwar from time to time.
Other Promotions: Beljwar may give additional sorts of deals and promotions, which will be subject to Beljwar's additional terms and conditions.

5) Termination or Modification by Beljwar
You acknowledge and agree that Beljwar may terminate, cancel, deactivate, disable, delete, and/or suspend your subscription, account, any orders placed, or your access to or use of the Platform at any time and without notice. You acknowledge and agree that Beljwar may (1) terminate, cancel, deactivate, disable, delete, and/or suspend your subscription, account, any orders placed, or your access to or use of the Platform at any time and without notice, and/or (2) change, suspend, disable, or disable any component, feature, or policy of the Platform, including your package or subscription. This includes the ability to cancel or change any package or subscription before the end of any pre-paid or committed period. Upon any termination, whether voluntary or involuntary, we may cancel your account and any related information immediately, and/or prevent you from accessing your account information or the Platform in the future. Except as provided in the following sentence, Beljwar will not be liable for any such termination or deactivation, and you will have no recourse. If you are a subscriber, we will provide you a pro rata refund of the prepaid amount of your subscription applicable to future unused services if we terminate your subscription without cause (less any fees or costs for services already used). If we find that you have violated these Terms or used your membership, Services, or Platform in an illegal or improper manner, we may terminate your membership, Services, and/or Platform.

6) Privacy
If you are a subscriber, we will provide you a pro rata refund of the prepaid amount of your subscription applicable to future unused services if we terminate your subscription without cause (less any fees or costs for services already used). If we find that you have violated these Terms or used your membership, Services, or Platform in an illegal or improper manner, we may terminate your membership, Services, and/or Platform.
Beljwar Account: You agree that your Beljwar account is personal to you and that you will not establish multiple accounts. You cannot transfer or gift Services or credits to third parties, including other Beljwar users, or allow third parties to use your Beljwar account. Commercial use or exploitation of the Platform and/or Services is prohibited. The Beljwar platform is updated and tested on a regular basis. We reserve the right to include or exclude you from these tests without notice, and by using the Platform and/or Services, you accept that we may do so. You acknowledge and agree that Beljwar may take whatever action it deems reasonable to prevent fraud and abuse.
Your profile information may be visible to other Beljwar users on our Platform. If you don't want other Beljwar users to see your profile image or username, don't add any identifying information in your profile or modify your settings. Beljwar does not guarantee that the heart rate monitor used in conjunction with the digital Services is accurate.
You grant Beljwar a licence: All ownership rights in original aspects of your User Submissions remain with you. By submitting User Submissions to Beljwar, you grant Beljwar and its affiliates, sublicensees, partners, designees, and assignees of the Platform (collectively, the "Beljwar Licensees") a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce (including by mechanical reproductions), distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and prepare derivative works of the User Submission. Your User Submissions and derivatives may be publicly displayed, published, performed, and otherwise exploited in connection with the Platform and Beljwar's (and its successors') business for any reason, including, without limitation, for marketing, promoting, and redistributing part or all of the Platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter discovered or developed.

Make excessive noise in the Venues, or engage in any other activity that, in our or any Venue management's opinion, would annoy other Beljwar clients, guests, or visitors.
Use your Membership to cause nuisance, harassment, annoyance or inconvenience.
Harass, threaten, stalk, disrupt or defraud users, members or staff of Beljwar or Venues or any other person, or otherwise create or contribute to an unsafe, harassing, threatening or disruptive environment;
Impersonating another person, gaining access to another user's account, or signing up for many accounts are all examples of deception or fraud.
Passwords to Beljwar should not be shared with third parties, nor should any other user be encouraged to do so.
Allow others, including other members, to use packages, subscriptions, or services that are part of your membership.
Rather than using the Platform, directly contract with a Venue for a similar bundle or subscription.
Any portion of the Platform may be reproduced, modified, prepared derivative works based on, distributed, licenced, leased, sold, resold, transferred, publicly displayed, publicly performed, transmitted, streamed, broadcasted, used for commercial purposes, or otherwise exploited.
Delete the copyright or other property rights or notices from any portion of the Platform; misrepresent the source, identity, or content of information supplied via the Platform;
Upload content (e.g. viruses) that is harmful to Beljwar's or users' computer systems or data, or otherwise use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair it, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of it.
Upload copyrighted content that isn't yours or that you don't have the legal authority to distribute, exhibit, or otherwise make available to others;
Upload or email pornographic, threatening, humiliating, abusive, racially or ethnically derogatory, libellous, or otherwise offensive content to Platform users;
Unless otherwise permitted by relevant law, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the Platform in whole or in part.
Link to, mirror or frame any portion of the Platform;
Cause or initiate any programmes or scripts for the purpose of scraping, indexing, surveying, or otherwise data mining any portion of the Platform, or for the goal of unnecessarily burdening or delaying the Platform's operation and/or functionality;
Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to or degrade any aspect of the Platform, its related systems or networks, or interfere or attempt to interfere with the Platform's proper functioning or any activities undertaken on the Platform;
Send users junk mail or "spam" or make unsolicited offers, advertising, or propositions;
Remove, circumvent, disable, damage, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's security features, including any features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any content accessible through the Platform, as well as any features that impose limitations on the Platform's or its content's use;

Beljwar maintains the right, in its sole discretion, to reject service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders. Furthermore, Venues reserve the right to refuse access, service, or membership honouring in legitimate circumstances, and Beljwar is not responsible for this.
You understand that your use of the Venues is not a lease from us or the Venue, but rather a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable contractual licence based on these Terms. We may restrict your access to the Venues in the event of fraud, trespassing, or a breach of these Terms, at our sole discretion and without restricting any of the Company's other rights hereunder. Furthermore, you acknowledge that we have the right to impose a fair use policy that applies to all members if we determine that it is necessary to do so due to changing usage.

8) User Submissions:
General: The Platform includes features that allow you and other users to submit, upload, and share content, such as text, visual, and pictorial works, and any other content submitted by you and other users through the Platform ("User Submissions"). Beljwar makes no assurances about the anonymity or confidentiality of any User Submissions, and strongly advises you to consider carefully about what you upload to, share with, or make available on the Platform. You acknowledge and accept that User Submissions may be made public without further notice or approval from you, and you should presume that anyone (whether or not a Beljwar' user) can do so. Your User Submissions may be seen or accessed by anyone, including any Venue. In the event that any personal information is contained in the User Submissions, you consent to Beljwar collecting, using, and/or disclosing the information in accordance with the Privacy Policy (the link to the Privacy Policy may be found in paragraph 6 above).
Beljwar is not liable for any third-party use or disclosure of any information you provide in conjunction with publicly available User Submissions. Including any personally identifiable information User Submissions are provided solely for the purpose of providing information and reflect the views of the person who made the submission. They are not under the authority of Beljwar and may not reflect his or her views. You acknowledge that any User Submissions are solely the responsibility of the individual who submitted them. This implies that all User Submissions that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available through the Platform are totally your responsibility, not Beljwar's.
The ability to delete or edit user submissions Beljwar provides no guarantees that any User Submissions will be published or made available on the Platform, and it reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to allow any User Submissions on the Platform, or to modify or remove any User Submission at any time and without notice.
Without restricting the preceding sentence's generality, Beljwar follows all applicable laws and will remove User Submissions if a compliant takedown notice is received. Beljwar may, but is not bound to, monitor, edit, or remove any activity or content, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to, content that Beljiwar considers to be in violation of the Platform's standards in its sole discretion. Beljwar disclaims all liability and responsibility for any User Submissions.
You grant Beljwar a licence: All ownership rights in original aspects of your User Submissions remain with you. By submitting User Submissions to Beljwar, you grant Beljwar and its affiliates, sublicensees, partners, designees, and assignees of the Platform (collectively, the "Beljwar Licensees") a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce (including by mechanical reproductions), distribute, modify, adapt, translate, and prepare derivative works of the User Submission. Your User Submissions and derivatives may be publicly displayed, published, performed, and otherwise exploited in connection with the Platform and Beljwar's (and its successors') business for any reason, including, without limitation, for marketing, promoting, and redistributing part or all of the Platform (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels now known or hereafter discovered or developed.
Representations and Warranties Regarding User Submissions: You are completely responsible for your own User Submissions, as well as the consequences of posting, sharing, displaying, publishing, or otherwise making them available. You affirm, represent, and warrant that: I you own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorise Beljwar to use all patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights in and to your User Submissions to enable inclusion and use of your User Submissions in the manner contemplated by Beljwar and these Terms, and (ii) you own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to use all patent, trademark, (a) infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party right, including any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, moral right, privacy right, right of publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary right; (b) contain any material that is illegal, threatening, obscene, racist, defamatory, libellous, hateful, pornographic, purposefully false or otherwise injurious to third parties, promotional in nature, promotes any illegal activity chain letters, mass mailings, any form of "spam," or references to illegal activity, malpractice, or false advertising; (c) exploits minors; or (e) requires obtaining a licence from or paying fees or royalties to you or any third party for the exercise of any rights granted in these Terms, including, by way of example and not limitation, the payment of any royalties to any copyright owners, including any royalty on any royalty on any royalty on any royalty on any royal.
User Submissions that are inaccurate or offensive: You understand that you may be exposed to User Submissions from a variety of sources while using the Platform, and that Beljwar does not endorse and is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety, or intellectual property rights of or relating to such User Submissions. You also accept and understand that you may be exposed to User Submissions that are inaccurate, offensive, obscene, or objectionable.
YOU AGREE TO WAIVE, AND HEREBY DO WAIVE, ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE RIGHTS OR REMEDIES YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE AGAINST BELJIWAR WITH RESPECT THERETO TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Beljwar shall have the right to use any comments, bug reports, feedback, or modifications provided or suggested by you to the Platform ("Feedback") at its discretion, including, but not limited to, incorporating such suggested changes into the Platform. You also grant Beljwar a permanent, irrevocable, non-exclusive licence to incorporate and utilise your Feedback for any purpose without providing you or any third party with notice, consent, or compensation.
Activism that is infringing or illegal. We have no responsibility to, but reserve the right to, terminate access to the Platform and remove all content supplied by any persons deemed to be infringers in the event of infringing or other illegal acts. Any criminal action that is suspected may be reported to the proper law enforcement authorities. These remedies are in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies Beljwar may have.
Ratings: You may be asked to rate your Services as well as any other Beljwar experiences you purchase, book, or use.

9) Ownership; Proprietary Rights; Content:
Beljwar owns and operates the Beljwar website and mobile applications. The copyright, trade dress, patent, and trademark laws of the United Arab Emirates and other countries, as well as international conventions and all other resale rights, protect the content, recordings, visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, computer code, products, software (including any downloadable software), or any music, images, video, text, services, and all other material or elements of or available through the Platform provided by Beljwar ("Content"). All Content on the Platform, with the exception of your User Submissions, is the copyrighted property of Beljiwar, its subsidiaries or related entities, and/or third-party licensors. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names, whether registered or unregistered, are the property of Beljiwar, its affiliates, and/or third-party licensors and may not be used in connection with any product or service, or in any way that is likely to cause confusion as to our endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship of any person, product, or service. You agree not to sell, licence, distribute, copy, modify, download, record, publicly perform or display, transmit, publish, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise make unauthorised use of the Content unless expressly authorised by Beljwar, and you may only access the Content for your personal, non-commercial use. If you download Content to your computer or mobile phone, you do not acquire any ownership rights in that Content. All rights in these Terms that are not expressly granted are reserved.
You acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to be bound by them by installing, copying, or otherwise using the Platform or its software. Do not install, copy, or use the Platform or Content if you do not agree to (or cannot comply with) the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
You undertake not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with any security components, use rules, or other protective measures applied to the Platform or Content for any reason. You agree to follow Beljwar's rules and policies as they are updated from time to time. Users of the Platform and software will be subject to such rules and policies, which may include, for example, mandated or automated software updates, revisions, and/or reinstallations, as well as obtaining available patches to address security, interoperability, and/or performance issues. You promise not to use the Content in any way that is harmful to others) The Platform and any related software may enable you to obtain, listen to, view, and/or read (as the case may be) Content that may be obtained by you in digital form, and you shall do so solely for your individual, personal, non-commercial entertainment use.
You agree not to share your Beljwar account with anyone else, and you also agree not to allow anyone else to access or use any of the site's Content, including but not limited to sound recordings and/or musical compositions. You agree not to attempt to modify any software or Content accessed through the Platform for any reason, including to disguise or change any indications of the Content's ownership or source. You also understand that you are not granted any commercial, sale, resale, reproduction, distribution, or promotional use rights for the Content, nor any rights for uses requiring a synchronisation or public performance licence with respect to the underlying musical composition, and that any unauthorised reproduction or distribution of Content is expressly prohibited and may be illegal. The content may not be modified, edited, or repurposed in any way.
You represent, warrant, and agree that you are using the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, and that you are not redistributing or transferring the Platform in any way. You agree to (a) not redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform or publicly display any Content obtained through the Platform, or otherwise transfer such Content, (b) to follow all applicable laws in your use of the Content, and (c) to remain a UAE resident for the duration of your use of the Platform.
You acknowledge and accept that the Content may belong to Beljwar or third parties. However, you recognise and agree that copyright law will limit your rights with respect to Content in all instances. You are not permitted to infringe on the copyright owner(s) of the Content, including but not limited to any sound recordings or musical compositions, as all owners and providers of Content expressly reserve their rights in and to such Content.
Beljwar and/or the Content's owners reserve the right to remove Content from the Platform at any time and without notice.
The owners of the Content are the intended beneficiaries of this Agreement and will be able to enforce it against you.
The Platform, including all software, Content, and other information, materials, and products included on or otherwise made accessible to you through the Service, is given "as is" and "as available" without any guarantees from Beljwar or other Content owners. Beljwar and all owners of Content disclaim all warranties, express or implicit, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Neither Beljwar nor any Content owner claims that the Platform, or any software, Content, information, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available to you through the Platform, are free of viruses or other harmful components.
Note: NEITHER Beljwar NOR ANY OWNER OF CONTENT WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE PLATFORM OR FROM SOFTWARE, CONTENT, INFORMATION, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM, OR FOR ANY

Beljwar makes no representations or warranties about any of these Linked Platforms, or the information, content, products, or services available on other linked sites or through other Linked Platforms. Beljwar also provides no explicit or implied warranties about the information, content, products, or services published on or available through connected sites. ACCESS TO AND USE OF LINKED SITES, INCLUDING THE INFORMATION, MATERIAL, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ON OR AVAILABLE THROUGH LINKED SITES, IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Promotional plans are sometimes offered in connection with the delivery of third-party goods and services. We are not liable for the products or services offered by third parties, and you use them at your own risk.
Your correspondence or business relationships with third parties located on or through the Platform, as well as your participation in their promotions, are completely between you and that third party. YOU AGREE THAT Beljwar WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF ANY SUCH DEALINGS OR AS A RESULT OF SUCH THIRD PARTIES' PRESENCE ON THE PLATFORM.

11) Electronic Signatures and Agreements:
You acknowledge and agree that by clicking the buttons labelled "CONFIRM PURCHASE," "SUBMIT," "DOWNLOAD," "PLACE MY ORDER," "I ACCEPT," or other similar links designated by Beljwar to accept the terms and conditions of these Terms, you are submitting a legally binding electronic signature and entering into a legally binding contract. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions signify your acceptance of these Terms and your decision to be bound by them. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE USE OF ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, CONTRACTS, ORDERS, AND OTHER RECORDS, AS WELL AS THE ELECTRONIC DELIVERY OF NOTICES, IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY APPLICABLE STATUTES, REGULATIONS, RULES, OR ORDINANCES, OR OTHER LAWS.

12) General Disclaimers; No Warranties:
THIRD PARTIES (AND THE DESCRIPTIONS OF THE FOREGOING POSTED ON THE PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED BY SUCH THIRD PARTIES), NOT Beljwar, PROVIDE OTHER NON-Beljwar PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE PLATFORM. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, AS WELL AS YOUR ATTENDANCE AT, PARTICIPATION IN, PURCHASE AND/OR USE OF THE SERVICES, IS DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARISING FROM, IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATING TO THE PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES.

Beljwar IS NOT AN AGENT OF ANY THIRD-PARTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL Beljwar BE LIABLE FOR ANY THIRD-PARTY ACT, ERROR, OR OMISSION, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY THAT ARISES OUT OF OR IS IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH A USER'S VISIT TO A VENUE, USE OF OR PARTICIPATION IN A SERVICE OR PRODUCT, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF ANY THIRD- Beljwar is not a third-party representative.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, Beljwar MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT (I) THE PLATFORM AND/OR ANY SERVICE IS SUITABLE FOR YOU OR WILL MEET YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS, (II) THE ADEQUACY OR SAFETY OF ANY SERVICE OR RECOMMENDATION, (III) THAT THE PLATFORM AND/OR ANY SERVICE, OR ANY ASPECT THEREOF, WILL BE AVAILABLE (IV) THAT THE PLATFORM, OR ANY ASPECT OF IT, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM AND ANY DOWNLOADABLE SOFTWARE, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YOU AGREE THAT Beljwar IS NOT A GYMNASIUM, PLACE OF AMUSEMENT OR RECREATION, HEALTH CLUB, FACILITY, FITNESS STUDIO, OR SIMILAR ESTABLISHMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICES PROVIDED ARE OPERATED AND DELIVERED BY THE APPLICABLE VENUE, NOT BY Beljwar. Beljwar ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THE QUALITY OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDED BY A VENUE OR THIRD PARTY (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FACILITY, INSTRUCTOR OR CURRICULUM). YOU ARE SOLELY IN CHARGE OF DETERMINING IF THE SERVICE OR RECOMMENDATIONS AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM AND/OR SERVICES ARE SUITABLE FOR YOU.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT EXERCISE INHERENTLY INVOLVES CERTAIN RISKS AND DANGERS, AND THAT THE SERVICE YOU MAY ATTEND OR PARTICIPATE IN PROVIDES A VARIETY OF ACTIVITIES AND INTENSITY LEVELS. BY USING Beljwar (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ATTENDING, PARTICIPATING IN, OR USING A SERVICE), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE, ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF, YOUR HEIRS, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVES AND/OR ASSIGNS, THAT YOU ARE AWARE OF THESE RISKS, WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, PROPERTY DAMAGE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT SOME OF THESE RISKS ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO AVOID, AND YOU ESPECIFICALLY ASSUME THE RISK OF INJURY OR HARM.
PRIOR TO USING Beljwar (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ATTENDING, PARTICIPATING IN, OR USING A SERVICE), YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONSULT WITH YOUR PHYSICIAN OR OTHER HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL TO DETERMINE IF AND HOW PARTICIPATING IS APPROPRIATE FOR YOU. IF YOUR PHYSICIAN OR HEALTH CARE PROVIDER ADVISES AGAINST USING THE SERVICE, DO NOT DO SO. YOU SHOULD STOP EXERCISING IMMEDIATELY IF YOU EXPERIENCE FAINTNESS, DIZZINESS, PAIN, OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH.

14) Indemnification; Hold Harmless:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beljwar, its affiliated entities, subsidiaries, suppliers, service providers, and partners, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, members, employees, consultants, contract employees, representatives, and agents, as well as their respective successors and assigns, from any and all claims, actions, suits, costs, expenses, losses, damages, liabilities, and other liabilities.

15) Limitation of Liability and Damages:
BELKJIWAR, ITS AFFILIATES, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR THIRD-PARTY PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND PRODUCT LIABILITY), OR THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU BECAUSE APPLICABLE LAW MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Beljwar'S LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW IN SUCH CASES.
Beljwar' LIABILITY TO YOU IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF $50 OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO Beljwar UNDER THIS AGREEMENT IN THE THREE MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER Beljwar HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR WHETHER ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

16) Venue Waivers and Terms:
Members who use Services are deemed to have agreed to the Venues' liability waivers and agreements. Your visit to a Venue may be subject to additional policies, rules, or conditions of the applicable Venue, and you understand and agree that if you do not comply with these Terms or the policies of the Venues, or as otherwise determined by a Venue, you may not be permitted to reserve or use certain Services. If you have any queries concerning a Venue's waiver or other terms, please visit their website or contact them directly.

17) Miscellaneous:
Forum; Choice of Law These Terms are governed by and construed in conformity with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively by the Dubai Courts.
Assignment. Under these Terms, we may assign our rights and duties. Our successors, assignee, and licensees will be bound by the Terms.
Severability. If any term of these Terms is found to be invalid, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision will be deemed severable from the rest of the Terms, and the legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected.
Limitations on Claims; Statute of Limitations SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LOCAL LAW, IN THE EVENT THAT YOU HAVE A CAUSE OF ACTION THAT IS NOT OTHERWISE BARRED BY THESE TERMS, YOU AND Beljwar AGREE THAT ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS AND/OR THE PLATFORM AND/OR ATTENDANCE AT, PARTICIPATION IN, USE OF, OR PURCHASE OF SERVICE) OTHERWISE, SUCH AN ACTION WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
Waiver. Beljwar's waiver of any of these Terms is only effective if it is in writing and signed by an executive officer of Beljwar. If Beljwar waives a violation of these Terms, that waiver will not be read as a continuing waiver of further breaches of the same sort or other aspects of these Terms, and it will not affect Beljwar's right to enforce those terms at a later time. Furthermore, if we choose to provide an exception to these Terms, we do so at our sole discretion, and such an exception does not entitle you or anyone else to such exceptions in the future.
Legal notices shall be served, with respect to Beljwar, on Beljwar' national registered agent, and with respect to you, on the email address you provide to Beljwar during the registration process, unless otherwise noted. Unless the sending party is alerted that the email address is invalid, notice is presumed provided 24 hours after it is sent. We may also send you legal notification via letter to the address you supplied during the registration procedure. Notice shall be deemed given three days after the date of mailing in this event.

18) Provider’s terms:
Providing a place through Beljwar.
First: Host is a word that has a lot of different meanings. Beljwar gives you the option to make money while sharing your space, experience, or other Host Service with our vibrant community of Guests. It's simple to establish a Listing, and you have complete control over how you host each one. You may determine the price, availability, and rules for each one.
Second: Contracting with Guests,You are responsible for delivering your Host Service within the conditions and at the price mentioned in your Listing when you accept a booking request or get a booking confirmation through the Beljwar Platform. You also agree to pay appropriate costs for each booking, such as Beljwar's service fee (plus applicable taxes). Unless we and you agree otherwise, payments will subtract sums you owe from your payout. Any extra contract terms, policies, or conditions you include with Guests must: I be in accordance with these Terms, our Policies, and the information supplied in your Listing, and (ii) be clearly stated in your Listing description. (Should we state the exact amount that will be deducted here, and if not, where?)
Third: Hosts have their own autonomy. Except for Beljwar Payments, which serves as a payment collection agent as defined in the Payments Terms, your relationship with Beljwar is that of an independent individual or entity, not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of Beljwar. Beljwar has no authority over or control over your Host Service, and you agree that you have complete discretion over whether and when to supply Host Services, as well as at what price and under what terms.
Fourth: For the provider, we take 15% of the total amount of the booking as a service fee. The provider should communicate with the user privately if there’s something wrong or delay with the service he provides.

19) legal agreements of beljewar:
Any laws, rules, regulations, or contracts with third parties that apply to your Listing or Host Services are your responsibility to understand and follow. Consider the following scenario: Subletting, short-term rentals, and/or longer-term stays are restricted or prohibited by some landlords and leases, as well as homeowner and condominium association restrictions. Short-term rentals of residential premises are prohibited in several cities due to zoning or other rules. Before offering specific Host Services, several jurisdictions require Hosts to register, receive a permit, or obtain a licence (such as short-term rentals, longer-term stays, preparing food, serving alcohol for sale, guiding tours, or operating a vehicle). In other cases, the Host Services you seek to provide are outright disallowed. Guests who stay at your Accommodation must be registered in some countries. Some jurisdictions have laws that give Guests tenancy rights and place additional responsibilities on Hosts. Longer stays, for example, may be subject to landlord-tenant, rent control, and eviction rules. Check your local rules to see whether there are any that apply to the Host Services you intend to provide. The legal requirements information we provide is for informational reasons only, and you should independently confirm your duties.
Taxes:
First: there are host taxes to consider. As a host, you are responsible for assessing and carrying out your legal obligations to report, collect, remit, or include in your price any applicable VAT or other indirect taxes, occupancy taxes, tourism, income, or other taxes ("Taxes").
Second: Collection and Remittance by Beljwar. You instruct and allow Beljwar to collect Taxes on your behalf and/or remit such Taxes to the relevant Tax authority in areas where Beljwar supports the collection and/or remittance of Taxes on behalf of Hosts. Beljwar identifies any taxes collected and/or remitted to Members on their transaction records, where appropriate. In the event that the Taxes collected and/or remitted are insufficient to fully discharge a Member's tax obligations, Beljwar may seek additional amounts from that Member (including by deducting such amounts from future payouts), and you agree that your sole remedy for Taxes collected by Beljwar is a refund from the applicable Tax author. You understand and agree that we have the right to stop collecting and remitting taxes in any jurisdiction for any reason, with prior notice to affected Members.
Tax Information. Tax legislation in certain countries may compel us to collect and/or report Tax information about you, withhold Taxes from your payouts, or both. If you do not supply us with adequate proof to support any such duty to withhold Taxes from payouts to you, we may withhold payouts up to the amount necessary by law until you provide us with sufficient documentation. You agree that Beljwar may send invoices or comparable documents for VAT, GST, consumption, or other taxes for your Host Services on your behalf in order to help you, our Guests, and/or their organisations with appropriate tax reporting.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website:
We are not responsible for your death or personal injury;
We are not responsible if you face fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
All parties of the contract are subject to the applicable law.
We are not responsible for the wrong information that is given by the provider/ supplier.
we aren't responsible for any damages that are caused by the user when he/ she rents the place. Only the user is the one who is responsible for any damages he/ she causes.
As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
Legal Mandates:
Beljwar may take whatever action it deems reasonable to comply with relevant legislation or a court, law enforcement, or other administrative agency or governmental body's order or request, including the actions mentioned in Section 13.3.

20) Search Ranking:
On the Beljwar Platform, the ranking of Listings in search results is determined by a number of criteria, including the following primary parameters:
Listing characteristics (e.g. price, calendar availability, number and quality of images, Reviews, type of Host Service, Host status, age of the Listing, average Guest popularity), Guest booking experience (e.g. customer service and cancellation history of the Host, ease of booking), Host requirements (e.g. minimum or maximum nights, booking cut-off time), and Guest preferences (e.g. previous trips, saved Listings, location from where the Guest is searching).
The search results on our mobile application may differ from those on our website. By paying an additional price, Beljwar may allow Hosts to promote their Listings in search or elsewhere on the Beljwar Platform. Our Help Center has further information on the elements that influence how your Listing shows in search results, as well as our current promotional programmes (if any) and how we recognise promoted Content.

21) Your Responsibilities:
You are solely responsible for your own actions and omissions, as well as the actions and omissions of anybody you authorise to assist you in delivering Host Services. You are in charge of determining your price as well as the regulations and requirements for your Listing. You must include all fees and charges in your Listing description, and you may not collect any additional fees or charges outside of the Beljwar Platform unless our Offline Fee Policy expressly authorises it. Encourage guests not to create third-party accounts, write reviews, disclose contact information, or engage in other activities outside of the Beljwar Platform, as this is against our Off-Platform Policy.

22) Hosting as a Team or Organization: 
If you work as a team, corporation, or other organization with a co-host or host, the entity and each individual who participates in delivering Host Services is responsible and liable as a Host under these Terms. If you accept conditions or sign contracts, you represent and warrant that you are allowed to sign contracts on behalf of and bind your team, business, or other organisation, and that each entity you use is in good standing under the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is located. If you conduct any other functions, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so. You must be permitted to advise Beljwar to transfer a portion of your payout to a co-host or other Hosts, or to transmit payments to someone else, and you are responsible for the payment amounts and accuracy of any payout information you submit.

23) Your Assumption of Risk:
You understand that hosting has hazards, and you agree to bear any risks associated with your access to and use of the Beljwar Platform, offering Host Services, or any interaction you have with other Members, whether in person or online. You acknowledge that you have investigated the Beljwar Platform as well as any laws, rules, regulations, or requirements that may apply to your Listings or Host Services, and that you are not relying on any legal assertion made by Beljwar.

24) Booking Modifications:
Changes to Reservations Hosts and Guests agree to pay any additional amounts, fees, or taxes associated with any Booking Modifications they agree to make via the Beljwar Platform or direct Beljwar customer service to make on their behalf, and to pay any additional amounts, fees, or taxes associated with a Booking Modification.

26) Beljwar Platform Rules:
Rules:
You must abide by these rules and must not assist or incite anyone to break or evade them. Act with integrity and treat others with respect
Be honest and respectful to others; do not lie, misrepresent someone or something, or claim to be someone else.
When communicating or interacting with others, be courteous and respectful.
Adhere to our Nondiscrimination Policy and refrain from discriminating or harassing others.
Scraping, hacking, reverse engineering, compromising, or impairing the Beljwar Platform is prohibited.
Do not access or gather data or other content from or otherwise interact with the Beljwar Platform using bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means.
Do not attempt to circumvent any security or technological mechanism used to secure the Beljwar Platform or Content by hacking, avoiding, removing, impairing, or otherwise.
Do not interpret, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the Beljwar Platform's software or hardware.
Do not take any action that could jeopardise or impair the Beljwar Platform's performance or functionality.Only use the Beljwar Platform as authorized by these Terms or another agreement with us.
You may only use another Member's personal information to facilitate a transaction on the Beljwar Platform if these Terms allow it.
Do not send commercial communications using the Beljiwar Platform, our messaging tools, or Members' personal information without the recipient's express agreement.
You may only utilise Content made accessible through the Beljwar Platform in order to use the Beljwar Platform as a Guest or Host.
Do not use Content unless the Content owner has given you permission or we have allowed it in these Terms or another agreement you have with us.
To avoid paying fees, taxes, or for any other reason, do not request, make, or accept a booking or any payment outside of the Beljwar Platform. Exceptions can be found in our Offline Fee Policy.
Unless allowed by Beljwar, do not force or encourage Guests to create an account, post a review, complete a survey, or otherwise interact with a third-party website, application, or service before, during, or after a reservation.
Do not engage in any methods that are designed to deceive our search algorithm.
If you're not planning on using the Host Services, don't schedule them.
Without our permission, you may not use, copy, display, mirror, or frame the Beljwar Platform, any Content, any Beljwar branding, or any page layout or design.

27) Reporting Violations:
Before contacting Beljwar, you should call local authorities if you believe a Member, Listing, or Content constitutes an immediate risk of harm to a person or property. Additionally, you should contact Beljwar if you believe a Member, Listing, or Content has violated our Standards. Beljwar may seek a copy of your report if you reported a problem to local authorities. You accept that we are not compelled to take anything in response to any report unless required by law.

28) Termination, Suspension and other Measures:
Term: These Terms reflect the agreement between you and Beljwar that begins when you access the Beljwar Platform (for example, to establish an account) and continues until either you or we cancel the relationship in accordance with these Terms.
“Termination” This agreement can be terminated at any moment by writing us an email or deleting your account. Beljwar has the right to cancel this agreement and your account at any time by sending you a 30-day notice through email or any other contact information you have supplied for your account. If you violate these Terms, Beljwar may cancel this agreement instantly and without warning, and stop providing access to the Beljiwar Platform.
Violations by members: If you break these Terms, our Policies, or our Standards, or if Beljwar deems it is reasonably required to safeguard Beljwar, its Members, or third parties, Beljwar may, with or without prior notice:
suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account;
suspend or remove Listings, Reviews, or other Content;
cancel pending or confirmed bookings; or  suspend or revoke any special status associated with your account.
Beljwar will give you notice of any intended measures and a chance to remedy the issue for minor infractions or where otherwise appropriate as Beljwar judges in its sole discretion. You may contact customer care to appeal any measures taken by us under this Section. The amount paid to the Host will be reduced by the amount we reimburse or otherwise provide to the Guest, as well as any other costs we incur as a result of the cancellation, if a reservation is cancelled under this Section.

29) Modification:
Beljwar has the right to change these Terms at any moment. We will post the amended Terms on the Beljwar Platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms whenever we make major changes to them. Any major changes will also be notified to you via email at least 30 days prior to their effective date. If you do not agree with the new Terms, you may immediately terminate this agreement as set out in these Terms. Your continued access to or use of the Belji\war Platform will imply acceptance of the updated Terms if you do not terminate your agreement before the revised Terms become effective.

30) Resolving Complaints and Damage Claims:
A Member can seek compensation through the Resolution Center if they have evidence that another Member has injured their real or personal property ("Damage Claim"). The other Member will be given an opportunity to react if the complaining Member escalates a Damage Claim to Beljwar. If the answering Member agrees to pay, or if Beljwar judges in its sole discretion that they are responsible for the Damage Claim, Beljwar may collect any funds necessary to satisfy the Damage Claim from the replying Member and/or against any security deposit through Beljwar Payments.
You agree that Beljwar may seek reimbursement from you under any insurance policies you have in place, and that Beljwar may also pursue any legal remedies available to it. In connection with Damage Claims, Member complaints, claims under insurance policies, or other claims relating to your provision or use of Host Services, you agree to cooperate in good faith, give any information Beljwar demands, execute papers, and take additional reasonable action.

31) Beljwar’s Role:
We provide a platform for Members to advertise, offer, find, and book Host Services. While we work hard to ensure that our Members have a positive experience with Beljwar, we have no control over the behaviour of Guests and Hosts. You understand that Beljwar has the right, but not the duty, to monitor and verify information given by our Members through the Beljwar Platform. For example, we may review, disable access to, remove, or edit Content in order to: I operate, secure, and improve the Beljwar Platform (including for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, and customer support); (ii) ensure Members' compliance with these Terms; and (iii) comply with applicable laws and regulations. (iv) address any harmful or objectionable Content; (v) take the steps provided forth in these Terms; and (vi) maintain and enforce any quality or eligibility rules, including by removing Listings that do not satisfy these criteria. Members understand and accept that Beljwar has sole discretion over the administration of its Policies (such as our Extenuating Circumstances Policy) and Standards (such as minimum requirements for hosts), including whether and how to apply them in specific situations. Members undertake to work with and support Beljwar in a good faith manner, and to furnish Beljwar with any information and perform any actions that are reasonably required.

32) Disclaimer of Warranties:
The Beljwar Platform and all material are provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, and we disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied. For example, we do not endorse or warrant any Guest, Host, Host Service, Listing, or third party's existence, conduct, performance, safety, quality, legality, or suitability; (ii) we do not warrant the Beljwar Platform's performance or non-interruption; and (iii) we do not warrant that verification, identity, or background checks conducted on Listings or Members (if any) will identify past misconduct or prevent future misconduct. Any references to a Member or Listing being "verified" (or similar terminology) solely mean that the Member or Listing has passed a background check.
Assignment: Without Beljwar's prior written authorization, you may not assign, transfer, or delegate this agreement or your rights and duties herein. Beljwar may assign, transfer, or delegate this agreement and any rights and duties therein without restriction, with 30 days' notice, at its sole discretion.
Google terms: Google's Terms of Service Google is used to power some of the Beljwar Platform's translations. Google disclaims all guarantees, express or implied, with respect to the translations, including any warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a specific purpose, and non-infringement. Google Maps/Earth mapping services are used in some aspects of the Beljwar Platform, including the Google Maps API (s). The Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service apply to your usage of Google Maps/Earth.
Apple Terms. If you use the Apple Program Store to access or download our app, you agree to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement..
Emails and SMS. Emails and text messages The email address or other contact information you enter for your Beljwar account will be used to send you administrative emails. The frequency of these administrative emails will not be affected if you enrol in additional email subscription programmes, though you should anticipate to receive additional emails pertaining to the program(s) to which you have subscribed. We may send you promotional emails as well. These promotional emails are free of charge, but third-party data fees may apply. The notification selections in your account settings allow you to choose whether or not you want to receive promotional communications. Please note that if you disable certain communication settings or do not have a Beljiwar account, you will be unable to participate in certain campaigns. If you consent to receive SMS (text messages) from us in the United States, you will be bound by our SMS Terms.
